  • How far in advance should I book?

    Ideally 24 hours. Last-minute requests accepted based on availability — WhatsApp for an instant reply.

  • Can I change or cancel my booking?

    Yes, free up to 24h before. WhatsApp or email — we adjust right away.

  • How do I pay?

    Cash or card to the driver on arrival. No deposit required by default.

  • Is there a deposit?

    Not by default. Optional deposit to lock in the round-trip discount.

  • Can I pay by card?

    Yes. Visa, Mastercard, Amex — terminal in every vehicle.

02 At the airport

  • Where does my driver meet me?

    In the arrivals hall, past customs, with a sign bearing your name. Photo and WhatsApp number sent 24h before.

  • What if my flight is delayed?

    We track your flight. Free waiting up to 60 minutes after landing.

  • What if I can't find my driver?

    Call or WhatsApp +33 6 28 65 81 27. We'll find you right away.

  • What if I have more luggage than expected?

    For the Tesla: 3 large suitcases or 2 large + 2 small maximum. If you have more luggage, ask for a van directly.

03 During the trip

  • Can we make a stop along the way?

    Yes. Price confirmed on WhatsApp depending on the detour. Short stops often free.

  • Can I change destination mid-trip?

    Yes, within reason. The driver adjusts the rate with you.

  • Is there Wi-Fi and charging?

    USB chargers in every vehicle. Wi-Fi available on request in the Tesla.

  • Can we smoke in the car?

    No. 100% non-smoking vehicles, including vapes.

  • Do you have child seats?

    Yes, free. Infant carrier (0–1 yr), child seat (1–3 yr), booster (3–10 yr). Tell us the ages.

  • Can we travel with a pet?

    Small dogs in a carrier or travel bag, yes. WhatsApp for larger animals.

  • Do you offer accessible transfers?

    Yes. WhatsApp with your needs — we adapt vehicle and assistance.

  • Can I book for someone else?

    Yes. Provide the passenger's name and WhatsApp at booking.
